I am having a few technical issues with this computer, so I'm going to try rebooting it. I'll be back on in a few minutes.
I'm back on! Technical issues are resolved in Oly.
I think I'm OK posting at least this portion of Ricardo's slides. I am awaiting approval to post the full presentation/slide deck to the meeting materials. In the meantime, here's the proposed roles for Secretary Millar and Asst. Secretary Elizer:
Before posting any additional content from the slides, I'll wait to make sure it's OK to do so.
This has proven to be particularly complicated discussion to capture so far. To this point we've heard some great perspective from several board members, including Ted, Karen, Matt, and Larry, as well as Asst. Secretary Elizer. I think once we're able to share Ricardo's slides, you'll be able to have a clearer understanding of much of what's been discussed so far today.
Since Brian just circled back to this slide, I'm going to go ahead and share this portion of it, as it rolls the board's current composition into the framework of the new, broader TDM-related board. Brian just asked whether current board members see the proposed roles as effective and successful ones going forward:
So far, Kristina, Bryce, Jennifer, Larry, Matt, and Jennifer have all expressed some level of interest in maintaining a presence on the technical committee. Whether it's themselves or someone else from their organizations, they've all indicated as much.
And Brian just offered what amounts to proxy support from Amy, Veronica, and Ted.
This presentation will be sent to the full board. Board members are encouraged, per Brian, to provide thoughtful feedback.
Deadline for feedback, per Ricardo and Brian: Ricardo will send an update before the October meeting to keep this process moving. A firmer deadline will likely accompany that update.
