Hi LeAnn! So glad you're able to join us today. Hope it's warmer over there than it is here.

We're going over the TDM transition plan right now, which is available in the meeting materials.

Ricardo: This is not intended to be a prescriptive document, and today's review is more for fatal flaws than anything.

Jennifer: I don't see enough of a description of the board itself. Let's see if we can add at least some introductory language for context.

Do we want to add a mention on the cover that this is a four-year plan?

FInally, can we photoshop the brand logo out of the cover photo?

Amy: Are the next steps too buried on the back page?

Group: We can lose one of the photos and bring that section up.

Bryce: Lots of western WA transit pics. Can we find some photos from other parts of the state?

By the way, for those on the phone, we're going to send you a link via email to try connecting to Skype again. I'll also post the link here as soon as I get it.

Brian: the Governor himself has asked for this. Interest in CTR and TDM is at perhaps an all-time high. Executives at WSDOT are clamoring for more information about TDM strategies. We have a schedule full of meetings with Sec. Millar and others to discuss TDM expansion. The support and traction we've gained can now be leveraged into stronger, broader investments that are potentially unprecedented.
