Maggi is highlighting the work with small businesses and the Southcenter Mall. In-person outreach has been very successful.

Valerie is presenting the performance measurement methods and challenges for Tukwila's pilot. For example, Rideshareonline.com does not keep data past two years.

Valerie explains the challenges for Tukwila during the economic downturn, rising housing costs, and other challenges in meeting the CTR goals. Not enough bike lanes, plentiful parking, hills.

Maggi reports that the City is very supportive of the new draft TDM plan under review.

Maggie says the WSDOT mentorship is very important. Kathy J's support has been really important. Performance metrics assistance is also important. Outreach staff for on-the-ground assistance is essential. It's a big deal. Now there is a foundation and TDM is accepted at the City.
