Interact live with the board as it moves through today's agenda! If we have any handouts, they will be posted on the front page of the site under "2018 MEETING MATERIALS".
Rep. Doglio is going to be a part of a legislative group discussion on the upcoming green transportation bill.
Kristina: I'm going to be there, and I'd be happy to share with the board my presentation materials that I'll have on hand as part of that discussion.
Brian: We touched on several topics likely to be on the table as that bill moves forward at the Joint Transportation Committee meeting yesterday at the Statehouse.
Ricardo: A few things that we ought to bring to the attention of Rep. Doglio and others on the HTC:
And how can we be helpful to you, Rep. Doglio?
Rep. Doglio: This is a great place to start. Please keep the communication lines open with me. The more conversations we have, the better-- particularly on issues that align with my legislative agenda, both on and off the committee. As well, let's work together to determine next steps. I'll have a lot more knowledge post-session, and I'll be better positioned to do more.
Karen: There are several other bills that may or may not come through the committee also worth keeping an eye on, particularly on the issues of land use, homelessness, and other topics.
So, since we got so much bad noise from the phone when someone (I *WILL* find you! :-)), the best bet for following along for now is right here on the good old trusty blog.
OK, sounds like we're good on the phone again. Feel free to jump back on the call.
Rep. Doglio and Bryce: there's also a bill on density sponsored by Rep. Gregerson (another HTC member) on density that will also be of significance to this group.
Rep. Doglio: Really, anything that ties back to the Growth Management Act one way or another is something that I will have my eye on.
Hi Jef, signing in late. Is there/will there be an org chart or other visual we can look at via Skype, or in the Docs page, depicting the new governance structure?
Bryce: If you come across anything on which you think this group can lend an assist, I'll be around a lot this session and I'll be happy to represent this group with any help you might need.
