We're hearing from Rep. Marcus Riccelli at the moment. He's a member of the House Transportation Committee. Here's some info about him:
To kick off our first discussion item, Brian provided some anecdotal perspective on the history of the board's work and funding, tying both to WSDOT's vision for a mulitimodal transportation future.
Now we're hearing from Assistant Transportation Secretary Marshall Elizer, who will play an integral role with the new board once it's composed. He's currently penciled in to serve as the chair of the board's technical committee.
